Editorial Principles

This page explains how content published on the Reportia blog is prepared, reviewed and kept up to date. Our goal is to give real estate agents accurate, practical and impartial information.

1. Who prepares the content?

Blog articles are prepared by the Reportia Editorial Team. Reportia does not use individual author profiles; responsibility for every article lies with Reportia as an organisation, and articles carry the byline "Author: Reportia Editorial Team".

2. Sources

Content is based on established practice in real estate brokerage and property marketing, experience in owner communication, and the actual features of the Reportia product. Unverifiable figures, statistics or claims are not published; country-specific legal topics are presented as general information and readers are advised to consult a local professional.

3. Use of AI and review process

We use AI tools for drafting, translation and summarisation. Before publication, every article is reviewed by the editorial team for accuracy, clarity and impartiality. The "Short Answer" under each title is summarised only from the article itself and adds no new information.

4. Multilingual publishing

Articles are published in nine languages. Each language version is published and reviewed in that language, and the meaning and facts are kept identical across languages.

5. Update policy

Articles are reviewed periodically and updated with improvements that add real value. The "Updated" date only moves when the title, text, summary or short answer actually changes; image or category changes do not change the date.

6. Corrections and feedback

If you notice an error or omission in an article, please report it to support@reportia.app together with the article link. Reports are reviewed, necessary corrections are made and the article's update date is refreshed.
